“Service Contract”

I have an extreme problem with the logic behind everything that is happening to me as someone who, because of psyche, is a 60% severely disabled employee at this “social ? Club” had been busy happened!!! What happened to me as a “severely disabled employee and person” under this “employer”! And what happened and was done to me at this “employer” under this “current board” of this “social association”!
A legitimate question from me (!!!),
where the answer is absolutely not self-explanatory, if it had been about a "reasonable handling" of me, as a severely disabled person and now an
ex-employee of this supposedly "socially? ticking employer".
         
So it's about the "why " and the "why (really???)"???
Seems to be a kind of a "Double-Why"!? !?!

Ich habe da ein extremes Problem bei der Logik hinter alledem,
was mir da als jemand, der da als ein wegen Psyche zu 60% schwerbehindertem Arbeitnehmer bei diesem “sozialen ? Verein” beschäftigt gewesen war, passiert ist!!! Was mir da an Behandlung als “schwerbehindertem Arbeitnehmer und Mensch” unter diesem “Arbeitgeber” widerfahren ist! Und was mir durch diesen “Arbeitgeber” unter diesem "jetzigem Vorstand" dieses "angeblich sozial tickenden ? Verein" angetan worden ist!                              

      
Eine berechtigte Frage von mir (!!! ),
wo sich mir die Antwort absolut nicht von selber erschließt, wenn es da um einen
“Vernünftigen Umgang”
mit mir, als schwerbehinderter Person und nun Ex-Arbeitnehmer dieses angeblich noch "sozial? tickenden Arbeitgebers" bei alledem gegangen wäre.

                   
Geht also um das "Wieso (really???)" und das "Warum"???
Seems to be a kind of a " Double-Why "!?!?!
      

     
Since " ART" apparently does not come from "CA N" ,
but comes from "MAKING", I'll knock one out
here again ...
